Brief
The client Fooad Nejad wanted us to redesign Kelvin Emtech’s website to modernise its interface and provide comprehensive information in a compelling way (improving communication?) Improve the user experience by making it more engaging for users who are not experts in the field and wanted to know more about the company’s services. The client asked for a full revamp, including the restructuring of the informational hierarchy to improve readability.
Challenges
We analysed the website to identify the informational and visual pain points. We also conducted a visual competitive analysis to define opportunities for differentiation and strengthen the client’s own visual identity. The team worked on the information architecture, wireframes, assets and a new graphic chart.
Main issue
After thorough analysis of the current site’s workflow, we realised the information provided was scattered, incomplete, and beyond reach to the general public. Therefore, it led to the loss of potential clients who did not have any expertise in this field.
The information hierarchy

The navigation bar
Level 1: Company label,
Level 2: Office location and socials,
Level 3: The website’s content.
The wireframes
I conceived the main pages in a plain fashion to assess the organisation of the information,
as well as the resources needed to update the website with the client.
